We were blessed to celebrate a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s. Hope you and your families had a blessed Christmas. We are settling in well to our new home and welcomed our first real snow today! Hooray! I’m sure lots of sledding is in our future this week so we will be keeping the menu fairly simple.
Monday:
- Breakfast: Sunshine Muffins (Carrot-Raisin Muffins), Milk
- Lunch: Out with friends to a chili parlor
- Dinner: Chicken Noodle Casserole with Mixed Vegetables
Tuesday:
- Breakfast: Yogurt and Leftover Muffins
- Lunch: Zuppa Toscana Soup (just like Olive Garden), Grilled Hummus & Cheese
- Dinner: We call it the Moe’s Meal: Chicken, Rice, Salsa, Beans, Cheese
- To Do: Make Homemade Bread
Wednesday:
- Breakfast: Overnight Crockpot Oatmeal with Apples
- Lunch: Lentils and Rice with Cheese
- Dinner: Pork Chops, Sweet Potatoes, Green Beans, Homemade Bread
Thursday:
- Breakfast: Coco Wheats, Yogurt, Banana.
- Lunch: Tomato Bisque, Grilled Cheese
- Dinner: Crockpot Black Bean Chili over Spaghetti
- To Do: Make Homemade CrockPot Granola , Soak Black-eyed Peas
Friday:
- Breakfast: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins-I think I’m actually going to try them with Cooked Sweet Potato instead of Pumpkin
- Lunch: Leftover Chili
- Dinner: Hoppin’ Johns and Buttermilk Cornbread
- Snack: Popcorn
Saturday:
- Breakfast: Sausage, Pancakes, Eggs
- Lunch: Leftovers
- Dinner: @ Church
- Snack: Crockpot Mexican Dip and Chips
Sunday:
- Breakfast: Pumpkin Chip Muffins, hard boiled eggs, bananas.
- Lunch: Spaghetti, Meatballs, Salad, with Sesame Garlic Italian Bread
- Dinner: Beef Roast with Potatoes, Carrots, and Onions.
Girl you are crazy organized. I’m waiting for the extreme couponing to start.
