Menu Plan March 7-13

Wow did last week every fly by.  I can’t believe it’s time to plan menus for the week again.  This week we will be trying to increase our veggie intake.  Hope that goes well and Brandon doesn’t fuss too bad! 😉 

Monday:

  • Breakfast: Yogurt Cinnamon Muffins (coming soon), Scrambled Eggs, Fruit
  • Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup from Mom-delicious, Sandwiches, Carrot Sticks
  • Dinner: Penne with Pesto Sauce, Parmesan Asparagus, Fruit Salad
  • To Do: Thaw Chicken

Tuesday:

  • Breakfast: Spinach Frittata, Muffins, Fruit
  • Lunch: Salad, Rice and Mushroom Soup (coming)  
  • Dinner: Baked Rosemary Lemon Chicken, Sweet Potatoes, Broccoli, Homemade bread
  • To Do: Make homemade bread, yogurt, thaw ground round

Wednesday

Thursday:

Friday:

  • Breakfast: Sourdough Cinnamon-Raisin Bread
  • Lunch: Soup, Sandwiches
  • Dinner: Chicken Casserole of some type 🙂
  • To Do: Bake dessert of some type for Brandon

Saturday:

  • Breakfast: Blueberry Pancakes and Bacon
  • Lunch: Homemade Hamburger Helper, Salad
  • Dinner: Leftovers
  • To Do: bake for baby shower

Sunday:

  • Breakfast: Fall Bread, scrambled eggs, fruit salad
  • Lunch: Poppy-seed Chicken, broccoli. 
  • Dinner: Crock Pot Minestrone Soup, bread

    I do this every week, but with lab stuff. Not as yummy. 🙂
